» Quiet Season: January through March
» Peak Season: April through December. This time includes special events, graduation, and holidays.

» If children under 12 stay in the same room with adults, we may charge a small fee, or none at all.

Policies
- Reservations require one night's security deposit per room to be paid advance. Upon cancellation, you are financially responsible for the cost of the reservation unless we re-rent the room.
- The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival. We accept cash, traveler/bank checks, and VISA/MC.
- Extended stays may qualify for reduced rates.
- Check-in time is 3:00 - 9:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.
- Our inn is child-friendly.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. If you smoke in the inn, you will be charged $250.
