This comfortable space is perfect for weekend getaways in Upstate New York for a group of friends, pre- or post-wedding parties, bridal or baby showers, retreats, reunions, or any other occasion. A local chef caters our events. Lunch, dinner, appetizers, wine and cheese, cocktails, and picnic menus are available.

You have a choice of celebrating your special event in the warm wood-trimmed Potter House with wood fireplace and pocket doors, which open to the outdoor slate terrace. The terrace has beautiful dapple sunlight provided by a 200 year-old maple tree. The adjacent Inn is the ideal setting for a sit-down dinner in the formal dining room and garden porch or a formal cocktail and appetizer party.

The facility can accommodate up to 25 people. Sit-down dinners are restricted to 16 people. If the event requires both houses, all rooms must be rented at their nightly rate. A facility charge is applied to every event and ranges between $250-500. The charge entitles you to the use of the facility for 3 hours and additional hours will be charged an hourly fee.
