Rose and Roman have joined a cooperative farm to offer the freshest local organic ingredients to prepare your breakfasts each morning. These ingredients are harvested and processed so you will recieve them throughout the entire year.

Roman & Rose met at the University of Maryland while Roman was pursuing his MS and PhD in Crop Physiology. Rose was pursuing her BS and MS in Plant Genetics. They have been married 25 years and have two wonderful children, Anna and Rachel. They also have two dogs, Copper and Lucy.

They moved to Trumansburg, NY in 1994 to raise their children in a quality environment and to do what they love best — entertaining guests, cross country skiing, sailing, backpacking and living well.
